  1. Order Confirmation:
    Order tabhi confirm mana jaayega jab payment (COD ya online) verify ho jaye.
  2. Delivery Timing:
    • 🚚 Delivery Available Within 10 KM Only
    • ⏱️ Delivery Time: 30–40 Minutes
    • 🕰️ Open : 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    • ❗ Note: You cannot cancel your order
  3. Return & Replacement Policy:
    • Sirf damaged ya wrong item ke case mein replacement possible hai.
    • Replacement request 5 to 10 minuts ke andar ki jaani chahiye.
  4. Cancellation:
    • Order cancel karne ke liye customer ko delivery ke pehle hamare support se contact karna hoga.
    • Delivery ke baad cancelation accept nahi kiya jaayega (except in special cases).
  5. Payment Terms:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) available All areas .
    • Online payment safe aur secure gateway ke through hota hai.
